Hourly Coaching
Coaching is $400 an hour. In-person (Nashville-based), on zoom or phone calls. Pay as you go pricing gives you the flexibility to use only what you need.
If you want to explore monthly rate please reach out and we can look into that.

Pre-meeting Prep
Pre-meeting prep work is included. Allowing you to let me know what we will need to work on and have you answer a questionnaire beforehand so our time can be used effectively.

Follow up
As you as get going on all we cover surely questions will pop up and I will be available to help you through it all. The goal is to keep you moving to your goals. The hour includes any follow up questions you may have via email or text message.
